-We accumulate stress. Inevitably. Our task at hand is to get rid of all impurities. Purify our nervous system. Purity is the passport to Valhöll.

Nothing is more precious than our human nervous system, and nothing more important than its purity. We are polluting it all the time, not knowing what we are doing, not pricing duly our precious Sleipnir.
It is not human to err. We cannot bear the name “a man” until we are perfectly pure. The simple purifying act _is_: to nýsa niður. TM is a technique easily learned, all-natural. Transcending is the only act, action, that does not bind us. Here we find the apples of Iðunn.
By nýsa niður we purify the whole physiology. When we are pure, we shall _see_. See what? That we are not the daughters of Rán, but are Ægir of Rán. Not just the surface of Ægir, but we are Ægir.
We are not here to toil. We are not here to make a fake look. Not here to impress others. We are here to become pure.

* what is it we give back to Nature for her gifts?

* do we know, perceive of, that we are un-pure?
* do we claim our condition to be absolutely fine as it is?
* are ama-clogged channels just normal? (ama=impurities)
* who would be in the greatest need for the knowledge?
* what effects do stress-producing events have on a crude man?
* how do stressful events affect the enlightened/pure one?
* note: the enlightened still gets his Skuld back — only they do not take the little worldly seas to be but Gungnir
* what is: to sacrifice oneself into consciousness?
* is this word, sacrifice, used abnormally (kill, make superficial rites)?
* does our physiology allow for mind to expand to infinity?
* is our body an obstacle (boundaries) — or is our body a marvellous tool?
* is it difficult for Jesus to love all mankind as himself?
* if no, then what is needed to easily love all?
* can any man see all as himself?
* can we get to that state effortlessly – i.e. to see all as oneself?
* which priceless attributes are damaged by consuming alcohol, drugs, narcotics?
* do we all realize our priceless human attributes, the ability to allow mind to expand into boundless Glaðheimar
* the undeniable intelligence at hand in ginnungagap is mirrored in the Laws of Nature, the flawless flow and order of all there is;
* the phenomena in the universe, so many, so flawless, and so perfect, are completely devoid of any error
* our individual intellect and intelligence is this same intelligence mirrored from ginnungagap — now as attributes of a living man
* and we should know where from our faculties and aptitude come
* we shall have to nurture our boundless, but slumbering, gifts from their very origin, ginnungagap/consciousness — which we do by transcending regularly
* intelligence, creative power and the desire to create, abide in consciousness
* we are this consciousness
* all is at hand in our consciousness
* we only need to become perfectly pure to allow all to blossom in the individual by its own nature — which is: to want to expand and blossom
